Return options
Changed your mind
Unopened packs can go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address. Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.
Arrived damaged
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll email you a return address. Post it back and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping — return postage on us.
Wrong item
Same as damaged — photo within 7 days, post it back with the label we send, and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Remember: it’s a mystery
You can’t choose your design, and receiving a design you didn’t want isn’t grounds for a return. Packs are sold as assorted mystery packs and each squishy is drawn on its own, so a duplicate is possible in a larger pack. Quantities held per design vary.
Opened packs are final sale. Once a wrapper is opened the squishy can’t be resold.
Cosmetic variation is expected
These are imported, factory-sealed products. Print may sit slightly off-centre, colour may shift a little between production runs, and the film may carry a small nick. That isn’t treated as a fault. A pack that arrives crushed, split open, or with the squishy itself damaged is.
