Unopened packs can go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address. Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Remember: it’s a mystery
- You don’t choose your design.
- Packs are sold as assorted mystery packs, and each stick is drawn on its own — so a duplicate is possible in a larger pack.
- Receiving a design you didn’t want is not grounds for a return.
- Opened packs are final sale. Once a wrapper is opened the stick can’t be resold, so we can’t take it back.
Cosmetic variation is expected
These are wrapped by hand. Print may sit slightly off-centre, colour may shift a little between runs, and the film may carry a small nick or tear. That isn’t treated as a fault. A pack that arrives crushed, split open, or with the stick itself damaged is — and that’s covered.
