Shipping

Every order is packed and posted the next business day from New Caney, TX, by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is printed.

Shipping is free on any order containing a multi-pack. A single on its own is a flat $4.99. We ship to the United States only.

Halloween timing: we ship the next business day and USPS takes 2–5 days, but arrival before the 31st is down to USPS and not something we guarantee. If tracking stalls or a parcel goes missing, email us and we’ll chase it and make it right.

Pre-orders: we don’t run any — everything on the site is in stock. If that ever changes, the product page and the checkout will say so, give you the ship date, and let you cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.

Returns & refunds

  • Unopened packs: 30 days from delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address. Return postage is yours unless we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged.
  • Opened packs: final sale. An opened wrapper can’t be resold.
  • Damaged or wrong item: send a photo within 7 days and we’ll email you a return address. Once it’s posted back we replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, and the return postage is on us.

You can’t pick your design. These are mystery packs and we say so before you buy, so getting a design you didn’t want isn’t grounds for a return. Designs aren’t stocked in equal numbers, and each squishy is drawn on its own, so a larger pack can contain a duplicate.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.

Product & safety

  • A novelty stress squishy for ages 14 and over. Not a children’s toy, and not marketed to children.
  • Choking hazard. Contains small parts. Keep away from young children and pets.
  • Not food. Do not bite, cut, chew or swallow it. If any part is swallowed, get medical advice.
  • Slow-rising polyurethane foam. Keep away from open flame and direct heat.

Small cosmetic differences are normal. These are factory-sealed imports, so the print can sit slightly off-centre, colour can shift a little between production runs, and the film may carry a small nick. That isn’t a fault and isn’t grounds for a return. A pack that arrives crushed or split open, or a squishy that is itself damaged, is — photo within 7 days, post it back, and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Privacy

We keep only what’s needed to send your order: your name, shipping address and email. Your card details never reach this website — Stripe handles payment on their own page.

Your email is used for your order confirmation and shipping updates. We don’t sell it, rent it, or pass it on.

Meta ads. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and Meta’s pixel tells them when you view the site, add to cart, start checkout or buy, including the order value. When an order is paid, our server reports that same sale to Meta directly as well — with your email, phone, name and address scrambled one way, so Meta can match it to you without us handing over the details. It is one sale either way, not two. Meta may use this to show you ads elsewhere, under their own privacy policy.

Blocking scripts stops the pixel in your browser but not the report our server sends, so if you would rather Meta didn’t use it for advertising, the setting that works is Meta’s own ad preferences. Nothing on this site breaks if you block the pixel, and we never send any of this anywhere else.

The next-batch list. If you join it, your email is stored with Resend, who send the mail for us, and used for one thing: telling you when a new batch goes on sale. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Ordering doesn’t put you on the list.

Want your data deleted? Email us and it’s gone, apart from records we have to keep for tax.

Terms

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change, but never after you’ve paid.
  • The Halloween designs are a seasonal run. When they’re gone they’re gone, and we’re not obliged to restock.
  • If something sells out between your order and packing, we refund you in full and tell you straight away.
  • We can cancel and refund any order we believe to be fraudulent.
  • Ordering confirms you are 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
  • Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
